At Bill’s we want to make it as easy and convenient for you to order and enjoy fresh flowers more often. This is why all orders will be delivered directly to your chosen address by one of our friendly and trusted couriers who will ensure that your flowers are delivered on time, and in the best condition.  

We charge a flat $10 for all deliveries in the Sydney metro area, and you can order as many flower bouquets as you like, we charge per delivery, not per product. We do not charge extra for Saturday deliveries either.

Deliveries are made Monday-Saturday, with all deliveries to business addresses made by 5pm and residential address by 7pm. We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.

Currently, we only deliver in the Sydney metro area but will be looking to expand our delivery nationally soon. To check that we deliver to your area, please use our postcode checker.

Where do you deliver?

When do you deliver?

We deliver weekdays (Monday to Friday) and Saturdays. We do not deliver Sundays or public holidays.

Weekday and Saturday deliveries will be made to business addresses by 5pm and to residential addresses by 7pm.

How are the flowers delivered?

You will receive your online flower delivery by our friendly and trusted couriers who will make sure that your flowers are delivered on time and in the best condition.

How much does delivery cost?

Monday - Saturday - $10

We charge per delivery so you can order as many flowers as you like in the one delivery!

What time will my order be delivered?

Can I get same day delivery?

Absolutely. The earlier you place your order the better chance you have of getting your order the same day. For the majority of flower deliveries in the Sydney metro area we have a cut off time of 2pm for same day delivery. However, there are a few areas that do have an earlier cut off. Please use our postcode check to get the cut off time for your area.

Please note: Weekday deliveries will be made to business addresses by 5pm and to residential addresses by 7pm. Monday - Friday. We cannot guarantee a timed delivery. 

What is your cut off for same day delivery?

For the majority of flower deliveries in the Sydney metro area we have a cut off time of 2pm for same day delivery. However, there are a few areas that do have an earlier cut off time. 

Can I organise a small & specific delivery window?

We cannot guarantee this, however, if you do have a special flower delivery request, please contact our customer care team on 1300 265 373  or email customercare@billsfreshflowers.com.au . Our team will do their very best to assist you with your request.

Please be aware that some requirements may require additional payments.

Do you deliver to hospitals?

Yes. However, hospital deliveries can be problematic so please ensure that you give us as much information as possible to ensure that your delivery runs as smoothly. Please make sure you include the ward name/number in your address and provide contact details should there be an issue with delivery. It is also a good idea to write 'Hospital Delivery' in the special instructions field on the delivery page.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that all hospitals will accept our flower delivery service, and if your order gets rejected you will still get charged for the delivery. We advise checking with the hospital before ordering.

Can my order still be delivered if I know I am not going to be home?

Yes, however you will need to leave details to where to leave the flower delivery when you place the order. This will let the courier know the best place to leave it, and you will know where to find it when you get home.

If no delivery instructions are left our couriers will still leave the delivery as long as it is safe to do so. Our couriers will only return the flowers as a last resort if there really is nowhere safe to leave the flowers. In the case of a non-delivery you will be contacted by our customer care team.

How do I know that you received my order?

An email confirmation of your order will be sent to the email address you have provided us. If you don’t receive an email confirmation, please call Customer Service on 1300 265 373 or email customercare@billsfreshflowers.com.au
